Eukara wants native-code custom menus. He's weird.

Try to clean up the frametime global.
fix some quirks with r_dynamic -1
Added scr_fov_mode cvar to control whether the fov is defined relative to horizontal, vertical, or guessed.
fix a few fteqcc bugs
tab completion for the gamedir command.
fix the savegame_legacy command. it wasn't entirely compatible.
