Some kind of DM/Co-op version of Traditional Slaughter should be added, we use to play like this all the time by just joining the same time. I'm still unsure if it should be it's own gamemode or CVAR.

We solved this by removing teams from traditional slaughter, they may come back as an optional CVAR (respecting mp_teamplay perhaps), but that's for another day.
